Here are the key tasks for this position:
Compensation research and analysis, spreadsheet models, report and presentation preparation. Financial modeling of equity compensation alternatives. Summary of research, literature review, online searches to support articles, presentations, product development. Assist with development of proprietary governance analytics model, equity effectiveness model, and corporate transactions services.
Requirements
BS/BA and 4 years of experience in consulting and/or high growth corporate environment. Prefer MBA. Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint,and Access skills. Experience with research and analysis of EDGAR filings (proxy, 10-K, 8-K, S-1) directly and using Equilar. Knowledge of executive compensation analysis including cash compensation, equity types and alternative valuation models, performance-based modeling, dilution analysis. Ability to use online tools to develop peer groups.
