The GEO Future Leaders Class of 2025 invites you to take part in a short survey exploring how organisations communicate equity plans to a multi-generational workforce.

As workplaces become increasingly diverse across age groups and career stages, understanding how employees engage with and value equity compensation has never been more important. Your insights will help shape industry best practices and contribute to a thought leadership paper that will be presented at GEO Copenhagen, taking place 19–21 April 2027.
