Located in the heart of Manhattan’s Financial District, One New York Plaza is a landmark 50-story office tower overlooking New York Harbor near South Ferry and Whitehall Street.
Built in 1969, the modernist skyscraper is known for its distinctive façade, sweeping waterfront views, and prime downtown location close to Wall Street, Battery Park, and the Staten Island Ferry terminal. The building is home to major corporate offices and offers excellent access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
HOW TO GET THERE
By subway: The closest subway station is Whitehall St–South Ferry, just a short walk from the building. Convenient subway lines include the 1, 4, 5, R, and W trains.
By ferry: The Staten Island Ferry terminal and Battery Maritime Building are nearby, making ferry access easy from Staten Island and Brooklyn.
By bus: Several MTA bus routes stop nearby, including the M15-SBS, M20, and M55.
By car or taxi: The building is accessible via FDR Drive and West Street, with nearby parking garages available in the Financial District. From Midtown Manhattan, the drive typically takes around 15–25 minutes depending on traffic.
