Aimee Soodan
Aimee Soodan is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Global Equity Services practice and has over 20 years of experience in all areas of compensation and benefits with a concentration in US and international equity and executive compensation. She regularly advises large multinational employers with respect to the global extension of their employee equity compensation programs, including the design, implementation, administration and ongoing tax and regulatory compliance of such programs. At GlobalFoundries, Anabel helped GF get to-through-and beyond one of the largest IPOs in semi-conductor history (2021). You might have seen her on the NASDAQ Marquee on Times Square at the bell ringing ceremony. These days her days are focused on creating contemporary global compensation and benefits programs.
Anabel is passionate about using total rewards to create a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated. She is also committed to giving back to the profession and is active in various professional organizations and at the local level and is a frequent speaker on total rewards topics.
Since 2005, Anabel has been a member of the Conference Board Council on Executive Compensation, and recently served as the Steering Committee Chair. In 2023, she joined the Board of the Global Equity Organization and Co-Chairs the Issuer Advisory Council. Previously, she was on the Board of PEBA (the PA/NJ/DE Tri-State Compensation and Benefits Organization) for over 10 years and served on the Leadership Committee in various roles, including serving as President.

Andrew leads the Stock Plan Administration function for Procore Technologies, Inc. which went public in 2021. His current role oversees all aspects of the Company's equity plans including NQ, ISO, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP in over 14 countries. Procore grants equity broadly to its 3,500+ employees. Prior to joining Procore Andrew was with E*TRADE Corporate Services, working with new and existing issuer clients to build better processes while sharing best practices relating to their equity compensation plans and was the Stock Plan Administrator for Blue Apron during the Company's IPO. His prior licenses from FINRA have given him additional insight into the interactions of equity-based compensation with the stock market.

Prior to her current role she held similar roles in consumer goods and financial services organizations. Cathy Goonetilleke
Cathy is a Partner in EY’s People Advisory Services practice and focuses on HR strategy, risk management, compliance and operational efficiency and change management with financial services, fintech, technology and media companies. She primarily concentrates on elevating the employee value proposition via flexibility programs, global rewards, risk and internal controls, HR and payroll efficiency and mobility issues. Cathy also co-leads EY’s Equal Pay offering. More specifically, Cathy’s experience includes:

Chanani Sandler
Chanani advises multinational companies across all industry lines on a variety of employment-related matters and implementation of global equity compensation programs. He globally manages large multi-country and large multi-function HR projects.
From an employment law perspective, Chanani advises his clients on a wide range of employment-related matters outside the United States, including global/local offer letters and employment contracts, rollout of HR policies and employee handbooks as well as termination and settlement agreements. His work also covers advising clients hiring, HR data privacy compliance, discrimination risks, as well as performance management and terminations. He also works with his clients to consider the employment-related impact of, and undertake due diligence for, cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and IPOs.
Chanani also counsels his clients on how to effectively design, implement, communicate and administer equity-based compensation programs and other long-term incentive awards to their employees and other service providers worldwide. His work covers securities law, foreign exchange, employment, tax and other compliance requirements related to these programs. He also provides services in the areas of corporate tax planning, cross-border tax planning, payroll support and employee education with respect to global equity programs, including in the context of corporate transactions.

Charles Russo
Charles Russo is a regional manager for Computershare’s Employee Share Plans business, overseeing a team of relationship managers responsible for a portfolio of corporate clients across a wide range of industries. Since joining Computershare in 2008, Charles has leveraged his experience in the employee compensation business to ensure high levels of quality and satisfaction for all of his clients. Prior to joining Computershare, Charles was with UBS, Bankers Trust and JP Morgan. During his thirty-plus years of financial services experience, he has held positions in relationship management, product management and operations, across various disciplines.
Charles earned his B.S. and MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
Cherie Curry, FGE
Cherie Curry is the Director of Global Equity at Hilton. She has overall management responsibilities for Hilton’s Global Equity Plans. She has a broad depth of experience in all facets of equity compensation with responsibility for strategic planning, worldwide regulatory and tax compliance in over 100 countries, global communications, vendor management, overhang, burn rate and stock plan reserve analysis. Cherie's issuer experience includes oversight of employee stock plans in various M&A transactions, development and implementation of ESPPs, working with internal and external partners on best practices for share plan requests, new vendor implementations, insider trading compliance, accounting and valuations, and overall plan administration. Cherie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland’s College of Behavioral and Social Sciences and has earned her CEP.

Ciara Gaines
Ciara Gaines is the Manager of Stock Plan Administration at Verano Holdings. In her role, she is responsible for the research, analysis, and creation of comprehensive equity packages and oversees the general end-to-end equity administration processes and collaborates closely with various teams including People, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition. Ciara has prior experience administering global equity programs as well as working through complex equity processes and conversions due to company transactions such as divestitures and spin-off events.
Ciara is an active member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO) and National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and is currently located in Chicago.

She has a broad depth of experience in many facets of equity compensation with responsibility for strategic planning, worldwide regulatory and tax compliance in over 70 countries, global communications, vendor management, and stock plan reserve analysis. Dan Kapinos, FGE
Dan Kapinos is a Partner and the Global Practice Leader for the Equity Services Team, a division of Aon
Human Capital Solutions, that provides expertise, service and advice around equity compensation,
including plan design considerations, valuation and financial reporting requirements under ASC Topics
718 and 805 and IRC 280G, global equity compliance, special one-time events (such as M&A), employee
education and more. He is responsible for the team’s strategic direction and global presence in helping
companies with all things equity.
Dan has a degree in statistics from the Pennsylvania State University. He also maintains the Certified
Equity Professional (CEP) designation through Santa Clara University and the Certified Executive
Compensation Professional (CECP) designation through World@Work. He is a frequent national and
international speaker and published author on a variety of equity compensation topics. He has also sat on
the Curriculum Committee for the CEP Institute and served as the President of the NASPP Philadelphia
Chapter. In 2020, Dan became a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) through the Global Equity Organization.
He currently sits on the Executive Advisory Committee for the NASPP.
Additionally, Dan has served as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors for the Eberly College of

Danielle Landis
David Edwards
David is head of share plans and corporate governance at NatWest. Qualified as a lawyer and is on the board of GEO.
David has extensive experience and expertise in corporate governance, share plans, and legal matters, David has been a valuable asset since joining RBS in 2011. As the Head of Share Plans at Natwest Group, David provides guidance on legal, tax, and regulatory aspects related to the bank's employee equity arrangements. His proficiency in implementing global equity plans, managing corporate actions, and ensuring share plan compliance makes him an invaluable addition.
David graduated from the University of Bristol in 2008 and joined the Allen & Overy LLP Incentives team, where he worked on a range of global, stand alone and transactional share plans matters.
David Hanes
David has worked in stock compensation roles since 2010. He started as a stock plan administrator for UBS which evolved into various roles over the years in quality control, training, and service management. His time at UBS strengthened his understanding of different equity plans, running projects, risk management, and business process improvements. On the vendor side of equity administration, he also had a short stint with SOS as an Account Manager and spent 2 years supporting the sales team at EQ providing subject matter and platform expertise.
On the issuer side, David spent 3 years as an Equity Programs Specialist for Texas Instruments and is currently the Equity Compensation Specialist for Axon. These roles have responsibility for day-to-day activity from granting and vesting awards, managing vendor relationships and platforms, SEC 16 and proxy reporting, to employee education and support. Aside from the years in Dallas working for TI, David has lived and worked in Nashville, TN since 2005.
David Peterson
David Peterson is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Hologic, Inc. based in Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA. In this role, Dave is responsible for developing and maximizing innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with Hologic’s overall talent management and business strategies. Dave has a B.S. in Business Administration from Bryant University, an MBA. from Nichols College and is a Certified Compensation and Benefits Professional through WorldatWork. Deidre Salisbury
Deidre is a Director at Infinite Equity, specializing in valuation, accounting, and plan design for her clients. Deidre has over nine years of compensation and benefits experience. Prior to joining Infinite Equity, Deidre held positions at two large consulting firms, most recently focusing on equity compensation solutions and previously retirement plan benefits. Diederik Blanken
Diederik is a tax professional with more than 20 years of experience in Global Mobility and International Expatriate Tax matters. He leads the Walmart Global Mobility International Operations team for all cross-border movements and employment tax compliance. Past employers include IBM, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He brings experience design and implementation in global mobility programs and processes for long- and short-term assignments, one-way transfers commuters and business travelers. He is a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in Corporate Tax, Legal, People and Business Units related to global mobility and cross-border employment tax topics; and has subject matter expertise in international tax law compliance and planning for compensation packages, deferred compensation, equity awards and other compensation items.
He is a graduate of the University of Amsterdam, where he earned a master’s degree in Fiscal Economics with majors in personal tax, corporate income tax, international tax, business economics and mathematics. Diederik is an IRS enrolled agent as well as a Certified Equity Professional with CEPI. He was recognized on the Benivo list of most admired and innovative global mobility professionals in 2021 and 2022.

Dominik Gies
Dominik initially started in DHL’s Investor Relations department in 2016 taking care of investor communication, capital markets projects & compliance. In 2020 he joined the Compensation & Benefits department where he lead the financial and legal team implementing the new Employee Share Plan for DHL’s middle management in over 120 countries. Currently he is heading the team responsible for DHL’s top executive share programs. In this role he is mainly responsible for the administration & design of these programs as well as for global compliance and governance across all share plans offered to top executives, middle management and employees.
Dominik has more than 16 years experience in the capital markets and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration majoring in International Relations and Developing Countries.
Donald Hairston
I am an Equity Product Manager within the UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions group. I joined UBS in 1996, and currently located in the UBS Weehawken, New Jersey Office.
I have extensive experience working with companies of all sizes and complex equity plans across industries in the Fortune 500. I collaborate with our broader team to ensure we leverage UBS resources to facilitate delivery of specialized solutions to meet client needs.
Prior to my current role, I managed the Account Management team. My team was responsible for ensuring high quality customer service for our clients and developing strong relationships with stakeholders within their organization.
Prior to that role, I managed the Workplace Wealth Solutions Implementation group. In that role I managed a team responsible for onboarding new corporate clients, executing complex client projects and M&A requirements resulting from corporate actions.
I graduated from the Janice Levine School of Business at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management. I am FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered. I also have CEP Level I certification.

Jill Keblawi is Vice President and Senior Counsel at Marriott International, Inc. and currently focuses on executive compensation matters for the company with expertise in tax, securities disclosure, corporate governance requirements. Lindsay heads the New York office's Global Equity Services practice. Lindsay also serves on the Board of Directors of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Lindsay is a frequent speaker and commentator on global equity topics, in venues including GEO, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, World-at-Work and the New York Compensation Association. Lindsay focuses her practice on international compensation and benefit programs for global companies. Mark C. Jones, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP Partner, is a recognized authority in the design and administration of compensation and benefit programs for senior executives and other employees. Mike's responsibilities include the Global Equity Services team which is responsible for the design, administration and policies for Accenture's global equity programs including IPO Founder shares, Share Options, Restricted Share Units (RSUs), the Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP) and Accenture’s home-grown Voluntary Equity Investment Program (VEIP). Prior to Accenture, Mike held similar roles with Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. Mike has earned a B.S. in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Mike currently sits on the Client Advisory Board of UBS Financial Services.

Nadine Franczyk, FGE
Nadine is currently Director of Stock Plans & Payroll with Amyris, Inc., a biotechnology firm with vision to make the best products available and help humanity at the same time. Stock programs include, ESPP, NQ’s, RSUs, and performance grants. In addition to the day to day operations for global stock programs, Nadine is responsible for managing the US payroll team. Current projects include stock administration and payroll related system and reporting improvements as well as system integrations.
Prior positions in equity compensation most recently include 5+ years with ServiceSource as Director of Global Equity Programs and NALA Payroll, 7 years at Avago Technologies, a leader in the semi-conductor industry, MarketWatch/Dow Jones, and over 4+ years with AdForce/CMGi. Nadine has a strong background in developing, implementing and managing processes as well as preparation for IPOs (VC and private equity backed) and Secondary Offerings. She held prior positions outside of the stock administration field as Controller of an educational publishing and training company, and various financial positions in banking.
Nadine is an active member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO), has attained Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) designation, and has served on the Issuer Advisory Council for the last several years. Other designations include CEP (Level 2). She holds both BA-Chemistry and MBA-Finance degrees from University of Miami.
When not working, Nadine spends her time racing sailboats, skiing and travelling.
Nooné Janjigian
As Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Director, Executive Compensation, Nooné is accountable for design and delivery of global executive pay programs for executives (a population of around 500), and Compensation Committee support. Thermo Fisher Scientific is the world leader in serving science: a Fortune 100 company employing over 115,000 colleagues with over $42 billion in annual revenues derived from more than 1 million products. Prior to her current role, Nooné worked in Executive Compensation at PepsiCo and Xerox, and in Finance at Citigroup. Rachel began her career in equity compensation in 2003 and leverages experience in a diverse and challenging range of roles. She was introduced to equity compensation at a VC business incubator, where she managed the cap tables and equity plans for portfolio companies. Since then, she has worked at E*TRADE in outsourcing and product management, as a Senior Stock Plan Administrator at Amazon, Editorial Director at the NASPP, Senior Equity Compensation Consultant at SOS, and as the Senior Global Stock Plans Manager at Micron. Rachel has a strong background in plan administration, platform conversions, accounting, international and mobile taxation, and corporate governance. Rachel continues to volunteer with the CEPI and is a member of the CEPI Curriculum Committee.
Rachel Ulep
Rachel Ulep is the Director of Stock & Equity programs at eBay. She has administered global equity programs for large, public companies for over 20 years. She leads equity-related initiatives navigating regulatory and operational challenges for a global and mobile workforce. Rachel is a collaborative leader with a penchant for innovation and technology. She takes much pleasure in problem-solving and often quotes her high school trigonometry teacher with, “Think simple thoughts, my dear!”
Rachel attended San Francisco State University and earned her CEP designation in 2006. Rachel is a member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO) and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).

Randy Murphy
Randy Murphy has been a part of the equity community for nearly 20 years. He began his career at E*Trade Financial where he supported corporate clients on Equity Edge. From there, he has worked on the issuer side for both public (Salesforce) and private (Airbnb) companies. At both Salesforce and Airbnb, Randy oversaw the equity departments growth from early stages to eventually actively supporting thousands of multi-jurisdictional employees with offices in over 25 countries around the world. He is now at Instacart, where he is helping to build out the equity department and getting ready for a potential IPO at some point in the future. When not attending to equity matters, you can find Randy enjoying the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Rebecca Kargl
Rebecca Kargl is Equity Manager for Zillow Group. In this role, she works on the Corporate and Securities Legal team and manages equity administration and analysis, employee education, and collaborates with various internal and external teams on all matters related to equity planning, processing, accounting, and administration. Rebecca formerly worked as Payroll Manager as well as Senior Executive Compensation and Stock Plan Administrator for Concho Resources Inc., prior to the company’s acquisition by ConocoPhillips in early 2021. Prior to joining Concho in 2011, Rebecca worked as an auditor for Weaver.
Rebecca is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Equity Professional. She is a member of the Global Equity Organization (GEO) and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and is President of the Dallas Chapter NASPP. She is also part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce with NASPP. Rebecca graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northwood University and a master’s in business administration from Texas Tech University. She currently resides in Texas with her two children.
Rich Baker
A Morgan Stanley veteran of 15 years, Rich Baker has more than a decade of experience providing corporations and their executives with needed clarity on insider rules, insight into industry practices and services to access value in their equity. Previously head of Morgan Stanley’s market-leading Executive Financial Services 10b5-1 desk, Rich has a nuanced understanding of the securities regulations governing executive compensation and even engaged with SIFMA and the SEC on regulation changes to Rule 10b5-1, Rule 144, and the move to T+1 settlement.
As a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and a member of the Curriculum Committee and the Corporate and Securities Law subcommittee of the CEP Institute, Rich helps set standards and design exams for the most widely recognized professional accreditation in equity compensation. He is also a board member of One Spirit, a nonprofit organization dedicated to poverty alleviation and economic development on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Rich regularly volunteers with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey and for SIFMA’s InvestWrite Competition.

Robyn is a Partner at Infinite Equity, specializing in global equity compensation consulting for multinational employers. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Rodney was Regional Team Leader for Key’s Bank’s Financial Wellness Program. As Regional Team Leader, Rodney managed a team of relationship managers that were responsible for selling Key’s Workplace Financial Wellness solutions to C-Suite executives at Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations and senior government officials of major municipal agencies.
Over 30 years ago, Rodney began his career in Financial Services as a Financial Advisor at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. In his career, Rodney has held sales and relationship management roles in Private Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking and Health Insurance at Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan Chase and Anthem.
Rodney has served as a financial education consultant for municipal entities like the New York City Housing Authority, the New York City Office of Financial Empowerment, Ulster County Office of Employment and Training and the Orange County Youth Bureau on the formulation of financial literacy materials for their respective constituencies. Roger Fairhead
Previously Roger was Group Reward Director for Legal & General, responsible for reward and employment strategy across the group.
Originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, and then specialising in employment tax with Ernst & Young, Roger has held senior HR and Reward roles with Sony, Prudential, SABMiller and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
In what remains of his spare time, Roger is a trustee of the SABMiller UK pension scheme, a Trustee of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), Chairs its People and Remuneration Committee s and a volunteer crew member at his local lifeboat station in Calshot, Hampshire.
Sam George
Sam has been working in equity compensation for 7 years and has experience working on both the service provider (Fidelity and E*trade) and issuer side (Lyft) of equity plans. Sam began working at Lyft in 2019 and has focused on creating efficiencies in current processes. Some of his recent projects include implementation of a new payroll system, automation of ESPP enrollment and changes, automation of mobility and equity tax withholding, and Federal equity tax elections.
Sara Anderson
Sara Anderson serves as Director, HR M&A and Executive Compensation at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The Company has a very acquisitive track record spending over $7B in acquisitions per year on average, completing nearly 60 transactions in the last 10 years, including Patheon, PPD, and most recently, in 2023, acquisitions of The Binding Site and CorEvitas. In her role, Sara is responsible for Total Rewards Due Diligence across all acquisitions. This includes risk identification and analysis, 280G assessment, financial impact modeling for the deal and future Total Rewards impacts, and she is accountable for all deal negotiations in the Total Rewards space. Additionally, she develops and champions deal retention strategies, securing buy-in from C-Suite executives and strategically positioning retention proposals with target company leadership. She is passionate about HR M&A best practice sharing, internally and externally, and improving Thermo Fisher’s HR M&A capabilities aligned with evolving market trends. Sara also enjoys navigating the unique challenges that come with each deal regardless of size, engaging in people strategy development, assessing and addressing change management challenges, and leveraging her experience to minimize financial, deal, and people-related risks and maximize deal value.

Sean Hiera
Sean joined Revance Therapeutics in 2022 as Manager Compensation and Stock Plan Administration. He has 15 years of experience in Equity Compensation, working for both a service provider and an issuer. As Manager of Stock Plan Administration, he has implemented a customized employee education series for all employees around Stock Purchase Plans and Restricted Stock. Sean has a proficiency for identifying areas to implement best practices and discovering ways to simplify procedures.

Sean O’Brien
Sean serves as Head of Equity Trading and is responsible for equity sales and trading within Merrill Lynch Global Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, he directly manages the equity block trading desk. This trading desk is responsible for executing large orders for Financial Advisors with the end goal of limiting market impact while achieving optimal pricing results. In order to obtain these results, the desk intelligently pursues natural liquidity by discreetly and when possible, executing private client order flows with those of large institutions. Additionally, Sean is monitoring performance results and pricing efficiency of orders sent through the Merrill Lynch electronic execution systems.
Sean spent the 20 years of his career as a NYSE Market Maker with Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Specialist. This experience enables him to deliver a unique perspective of the markets to financial advisors. He has witnessed firsthand the vast changes in market structure and has a keen sense of algorithmic trading. As a trader, Sean has used technical analysis as well as deep relationships with the Merrill Lynch institutional traders and sector specialist to attain greater market color.
In addition to being a market maker on the floor of the NYSE, for the last two years Sean was responsible for corporate relationships with close to 600 public NYSE listed companies. This experience has afforded him the knowledge of how to advise executives with respect to the design of trading plans as we address their potential concerns.
Sean Ross
Sean is an equity professional with eight years of experience in equity compensation. He has been with Schwab for over eight years and is a Sr. Team Manager within Schwab’s Stock Plan Services Client Service group. His main responsibility is leading Client Service Managers and Administrators who serve Schwab’s corporate clients.
Sean also has experience directly serving both equity participants and corporate clients as a Client Service Manager, working with plans of all complexity levels and global footprints. He holds several securities licenses and is a Certified Equity Professional.
Sean Trotman, FGE
Sean Trotman is a Principal within the Global Employer Services practice of Deloitte Tax LLP with more than 25 years of global tax, mobility and rewards experience.
He advises clients on employment tax, incentive compensation and mobility program policy and tax matters. His clients range from small, privately held companies to some of the largest, most complex organizations in the world. He has served as the lead advisor to many companies in the context of corporate reorganizations, particularly as to the implications for their compensation and incentive plan arrangements.
Sean is a frequent speaker at local, national and international learning and development programs, as well as external professional conferences. In addition, he has authored a number of articles for various publications, on cross-border tax, talent and rewards issues.
Sean is member of the Board of British American Business, a pre-eminent transatlantic business organization, for whom he serves on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. He is also actively involved with the Global Equity Organization with respect to which previously served as a Board Member.
Outside of his professional life, Sean enjoys trail and road biking and long distance running while his knees still allow him (he has run 5 marathons, all outside of the US, since turning 40!).
Sean was born and raised in England and earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Business and French from Aston University. Post graduation, he qualified with the Association of Taxation Technicians in the United Kingdom. Sean has also studied at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Rouen, France and is fluent in French. Sean has lived in the United States for the last 18 years.
Sebastian Wetzel
At Siemens Energy, Sebastian Wetzel is responsible for Compensation & Benefits globally. In this position he, amongst others, drives the design and group-wide implementation of short- and long-term (equity-based) compensation instruments and processes for executives and employees. Before joining Siemens Energy, Sebastian has been responsible for Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics and Governance at Bilfinger SE. He started his career at hkp/// group, an international HR consultancy where he advised companies particularly with the design and implementation of strategic talent and performance management processes and instruments, as well as executive and non-executive compensation.
Sebastian Wetzel holds a M.Sc. from the University of Mannheim with a major in strategic management.
Shaun Bisman
Shaun Bisman is a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. He has 15 years of experience consulting to management and compensation committees. Shaun provides compensation consulting services to both public and privately held companies, assisting with corporate governance, peer group development, performance measurement, pay for performance validation, incentive plan design, and director compensation.
In his role, Shaun assists management and compensation committees in making informed decisions, which is accomplished through working sessions and providing both data and anecdotal experience. This in turn allows management and the compensation committee to pressure test ideas.

Sophie joined Fidelity in 2018 and is based in London. She is responsible for European marketing, communications, events and industry relations; supporting Fidelity’s growth as a global market leader in equity compensation.
Over the last 15 years, Sophie’s career in equity has included key roles at Citi, Morgan Stanley, Computershare and Equatex; where she successfully led growth and retention marketing strategies across the UK and Europe. Sophie is passionate about equity, and has over the years worked closely with both companies and providers, to spread the word of employee ownership. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events and known for her enthusiasm for employee experience.
Focused on creating a community in equity compensation, Sophie has been involved with the Global Equity Organization for many years and is currently the Chapter leader for the UK & Channel Isles and member of GEO’s Provider Alliance Council. Stefanie Brachmann
Stefanie Brachmann is a Communication Expert who joined Siemens Energy's Global Compensation Team in May 2020. In her current position, she is responsible for developing the communication strategy and measures for all Compensation topics that are conveyed to a vast workforce of 97,000 employees worldwide. Before joining Siemens Energy, Stefanie gained extensive experience at Siemens AG, where she held various positions, including the role of Communication Expert in the Global Share Plan Team.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in business psychology, specializing in Market and Advertising Psychology, from the University of Applied Sciences FH. In addition to her academic qualifications, Stefanie is a certified Social Media Manager, which complements her expertise in communication and digital marketing.

Steve Campbell is the Senior Stock Analyst for PayPal’s Global Equity Team. Prior to taking his current role, Steve has served as a CEPI certified Consulting Manager and Client Success Manager with Morgan Stanley at Work, working both with Equity Edge Online and Shareworks. Steve has expertise in a wide array of equity compensation subjects including broker services operations, system integration and administrative process optimization and enhancement, and the end to end knowledge of processes for daily stock plan administration.
Susan Keiser
Susan Keiser is an Executive Director and line of business controller at JPMorgan Chase. Her team supports the human resources area and is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for worldwide benefit programs, including executive compensation. Susan is a CPA with over 35 years of experience. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, and after seven years in public accounting, worked at Marvel Entertainment and GE Capital before joining JPMorgan in 1999. Outside of JPMorgan, Susan serves on two not-for-profit boards and is past president of the Delaware Society of CPAs. She participated on the inaugural Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee of the AICPA and as a curriculum advisor for the accounting program at Wilmington University.
Suzie Bentley
Suzie Bentley, CPP, is the Director of Global Stock Administration at NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA where she began as the Payroll Manager over 19 years ago. Working in the Silicon Valley Hi Tech Industry for over thirty years, her experience includes domestic and global workforce mobility issues, system conversions, M&A activity, developing and delivering educational materials for over 26,000 NVIDIA employees in 34 countries and collaborating with Benefits to offer financial wellness programs.
Suzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from the University of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate and has been a Certified Payroll Professional since 1999. Tierney Dowling

Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Toby worked for a financial services firm leading the share plans and employment tax functions globally and spent over 10 years at Deloitte working with clients to develop and implement equity and reward arrangements.
Tom Parker
Tom advises on all aspects of global and UK employee share plans and executive remuneration. This includes the establishment of new share plans, plan rule drafting and reviewing the global legal and tax implications of various awards. Tom also works with a number of financial services clients on their fund plans.
Tommy Swindle, FGE
Tommy oversees strategic program management, training initiatives, and serves as Nashville Site Manager for UBS Workplace Wealth Solutions. He joined UBS in 2006 and has held various roles within stock plan administration, project management, financial reporting, training, and product development. He is a respected leader, team builder, and subject matter expert. His years of experience with UBS have helped him gain critical insight into equity plan complexity, and he constantly seeks ways to improve upon the client experience.
Before joining UBS, Tommy’s professional background was in small business payroll, financial performance reporting, financial planning, investments, and insurance sales. Tommy is a frequent presenter on financial reporting and administrative topics at equity compensation events. Events include the GEO Conference, NASPP Conference, chapter meetings, and numerous other local and national events.
Tommy has a B.B.A. in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. He is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) and Series 6, 63, and 66 registered. Tommy is the Regional Chapter Representative for the NASPP Southern Region, and Treasurer of the NASPP Nashville Chapter. He was inducted as a Fellow of Global Equity (FGE) in 2019 by the Global Equity Organization and inducted as a NASPP Distinguished Equity Fellow (NDEF) in 2023 by the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
Travis Triano
Travis advises clients on a wide variety of executive compensation matters, with a particular emphasis on compensation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and spinoffs. He has extensive experience advising on the design and implementation of incentive compensation arrangements; the negotiation of executive employment, change in control and severance agreements; and compensation-related corporate governance, public company disclosure and section 16 matters. His practice ranges across a variety of industries, including biotech, technology, financial services, energy, consumer products and retail, and industrials.
Vance Yudell
Vance Yudell, a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal, advises clients on a variety of compensation and benefit issues with a specialty in executive compensation.
Mr. Yudell assists with the review, design, benchmarking, and implementation of both non-equity and equity-based compensation programs, performing market analyses to align compensation with a company’s business strategies, and evaluating the tax and accounting ramifications of compensation issues related to stock options, restricted
stock, non-qualified retirement plans and deferred compensation.
Mr. Yudell’s expertise includes designing compensation programs for each phase of a company’s lifecycle, including initial public offerings, steady-state, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. He implements strategies, including helping companies tackle how to effectively and efficiently pay and incentivize their employees.
Mr. Yudell received a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Cox School of Business and bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Dedmon School of Humanities and Sciences at Southern Methodist University. Mr. Yudell is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) through the WorldatWork organization and a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Vanessa Renna
Vanessa Renna has over 25 years equity compensation experience with private and public corporations in the biotech, life sciences, technology, financial and airline industries. As Senior Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Vanessa leads the global Stock Plan team handling all aspects of equity administration in over 50 countries, focusing on global mobility taxation and compliance, vendor system implementations, high impact process improvement/automation initiatives, employee communications and vendor relationship management. In her previous role as Senior Manager at Amgen, she managed global equity compensation administration in over 50 countries, led the equity component of various mergers and acquisitions, managed multiple vendor and product implementations, and achieved a culture of process improvement and innovation. In other roles, Vanessa managed equity administration at The Trade Desk, Countrywide Financial Corporation and Alaska Air Group.
Vanessa received her Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation from the CEP Institute at Santa Clara University and served on the CEP Institute’s Advisory Board for eight years. She is a National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) member and past president of the San Fernando Valley NASPP chapter. Prior to her career in equity plans, she worked in Human Resources management in the utility and financial industries. Vanessa holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California at Irvine, and a BS in Accounting from California Lutheran University.
Veena Bhatia
Veena Bhatia is currently Head of Global Stock Administration at Atlassian Corporation. Veena has extensive knowledge of world-wide regulatory, legal and tax environments for equity plans in over 35 countries. Her experience includes developing effective employee communications and education materials; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; managing broad-based 10b5-1 trading plans; and mergers and acquisitions. After transitioning to equity compensation from a former career as a hardware engineer, Veena has enjoyed using her technical skills to improve processes for scalability and efficiency in order to manage rapid growth.
Prior to Atlassian, Veena held equity compensation roles at Gilead Sciences, Stock & Option Solutions and Cisco Systems. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University, her CEP designation, and is a certified project manager. She has been a frequent guest speaker at industry events.
In her free time, Veena enjoys traveling to new and interesting destinations and trying local foods and wines.
