WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions.

If you need more information, please contact a member of the GEO Team.

During the event, all GEO Staff and Volunteers will be wearing bright red EVENT STAFF badges.

Nashville International Airport (BNA) is a 20-minute drive from the venue.

 

The conference agenda is published on our website and on the event app.

ISSUER ARRIVALS
For all issuers, the conference begins at 9.30am on Tuesday 9 April.

Issuer Council meeting attendees are asked to join a little earlier at 8.30am.

PROVIDER/NON-ISSUER ARRIVALS
For all other attendees the conference starts at 12.30pm on Tuesday 9 April.

ALL-ATTENDEE CHECK-IN
All attendees can check in from 8am on Monday 8 April in the Event Foyer, or from 8am on Tuesday 9 April in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.

GENERAL DRESS CODE
Business / Business casual

Due to varying temperatures in the meeting rooms, we recommend that you bring a jacket or sweater to all sessions.   
 

GEOWESTERN OPENING NIGHT PARTY
Casual (including jeans)

Our opening night party in the Exhibit Hall and Pins Mechanical will be relaxed - please wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Denim and diamonds

For the awards gala, you can choose to pair your dinner jacket with dark denim jeans and cowboy boots or accent your black-tie outfit with a touch of denim and bling - this year, anything goes!

GEO's Nashville event app is web-based and available to access at this link. 

You can also download the app to your device by searching for the 'EventMobi App' in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Once you have downloaded and opened the EventMobi app, enter the code GEO2024 for access.

Your first name, last name, and email address used in your registration are required for login.

You can use the app to:

All attendees seeking to earn credits must scan in and out of each session using the QR code on their attendee badges.

GENERAL CREDITS

To self-serve continuing education credits, please visit your relevant online provider:

CPE CREDITS

Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) are eligible to receive CPE credit for attending and participating in GEO's live sessions.

If you have registered for a special event, please collect your tickets at the Special Events Desk at registration in the Grand Ballroom foyer. 

To purchase special event tickets, modify your registration HERE. 

If you can no longer attend a special event, please let the GEO team know and drop your ticket at the GEO Help Desk in the Grand Ballroom foyer.

During the event, dedicated GEO wireless internet access is available in and around the meeting space area.

To access, join the Renaissance_CONFERENCE network and use the passcode geo25 (not case sensitive).

We encourage you to share photos and comments before, during and after the conference! 

VIA THE EVENT APP
