Cath Bishop
CATH BISHOP

We are delighted to introduce Cath Bishop as our keynote speaker for PERE 2024.

Cath brings a wealth of experience as an Olympic rower and conflict diplomat, enhancing organizational performance, culture, and leadership. She competed in three Olympic Games, winning a World Championship in 2003 and an Olympic silver medal in 2004. As a diplomat, she specialized in conflict resolution in Bosnia and Iraq, leading UK civilian efforts to stabilize global conflicts and refining her leadership, negotiation, and resilience skills.

Her first book, The Long Win: The Search for a Better Way to Succeed, challenges our cultural obsession with winning. Through personal stories, research, and interviews, Cath introduces a new framework for success that emphasizes clarity of purpose, continuous learning, and fostering authentic connections and collaboration.

Following her keynote, Cath will conduct a workshop and host a book signing session.
