Kristy is Head of Equity at bp, with extensive experience in the design and delivery of global employee share plans. She leads the oversight of complex equity programmes across multiple jurisdictions and is known for bringing clarity to complex issues and delivering practical, scalable solutions.

A Chartered Accountant, Kristy began her career at PwC, specialising in private client and international mobility taxation, with a heavy focus on the cross-border taxation of incentive awards. She joined bp working in expatriate tax before transitioning into Reward, where she has built her career in employee share plans.

Kristy has a particular interest in widening employee ownership, helping those who may not typically benefit from share plans to build long-term wealth, and encouraging more people to move beyond cash savings into diversified investments.
