A MESSAGE FROM OUR HEAD JUDGE

“It’s a privilege to serve as Head Judge, guiding our expert panel through another year of the GEO Awards. Having held this role since 2018, I can confidently say this program remains essential in showcasing creative solutions to shared industry challenges and fostering a strong sense of community among companies striving for excellence. It’s a place to connect, learn, and celebrate together.

My sincere gratitude goes to our global panel of dedicated judges. Their time, expertise, and commitment ensured a fair and thorough evaluation process. We upheld rigorous standards, and in some categories, no award was given—a testament to the high bar we set.

To all the companies that submitted entries this year, thank you. Your dedication to strengthening employee equity-based rewards continues to raise the bar, reinforcing the exceptional standards of our field.

This year’s submissions came from companies headquartered in seven countries, with employees spanning up to 210 locations worldwide. The entries highlighted the best in equity and executive compensation, demonstrating outstanding employee ownership strategies. These remarkable examples not only elevate the winners but also offer valuable inspiration to others navigating similar challenges.

The judges carefully evaluated submissions across ten categories including financial education and wellbeing, creative solutions, technology, equity share ownership, and communications. The quality of the entries sparked thoughtful debate and meticulous deliberation. It was particularly inspiring to see smaller companies among the winners—proving that even with limited resources, innovation and agility can shine.

Please join us in celebrating the 2025 GEO Award winners and their remarkable contributions to employee ownership and equity compensation. Their achievements set a high standard for us all, reminding us of the power of equity to drive meaningful impact.”
