The GEO Awards recognition program fosters improvement and evolution in company share plans by uniting professionals to exchange knowledge, tools, and best practices. By showcasing the achievements of GEO Award applicants and winners, we aim to highlight outstanding examples of share plan excellence.

Our goal is to inspire companies worldwide to elevate their standards and share their innovative approaches, setting new benchmarks for others to follow.

This year, we proudly celebrate our 25th Annual Gala, with award winners revealed in the spectacular JW Marriott Grand Ballroom, set in the heart of Austin, Texas — an unforgettable evening marking a milestone moment for our global community.

The awards are presented during GEO's 27th Annual Conference, providing an exclusive opportunity to celebrate success and connect with leaders in the equity compensation industry.

MEET THE 2026 JUDGES

Chosen for their exceptional experience, accomplishments, and deep understanding of share plan excellence, these judges uphold the highest standards of integrity and fairness. Their commitment to dedicating time and effort to thoroughly evaluate each submission ensures that the awards truly celebrate the best in the industry.

GEO extends its deepest gratitude to this remarkable group of professionals for their dedication, expertise, and invaluable contributions in identifying and celebrating innovation and excellence in share plans worldwide.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR HEAD JUDGE

“It is a genuine privilege to serve as Head Judge for the GEO Awards this year. Having supported the process previously, I’ve seen firsthand the care and integrity that underpin these awards — and it is an honor to now lead such a respected and rigorous process.

This year is especially significant as we celebrate the 25th GEO Awards gala in Austin. Reaching this milestone with a record-breaking 81 submissions feels particularly fitting — a powerful reflection of the innovation and progress across our industry.

On behalf of GEO, sincere thanks go to every company that took the time to submit an entry. Each represents a meaningful investment of effort and a willingness to share ideas that strengthen our global community.

I am equally grateful to our panel of judges. This year’s volume and exceptional quality required additional time, care, and thoughtful deliberation. Every entry was rigorously reviewed, ensuring a fair and robust process throughout.

The standard this year was outstanding. For the first time in many years, awards were presented in every category — a clear indication of the calibre of submissions. Selecting winners was no easy task, with many categories requiring extensive discussion.

All finalists should be incredibly proud. Reaching this stage in such a competitive year is a significant achievement, and a testament to the quality and impact of their work. The bar has truly been raised.

As we gather in Austin on 22 April, we celebrate not only this year’s winners, but 25 years of progress, partnership, and excellence. These achievements are a powerful reminder of the impact equity programmes can have — and the opportunity still ahead.”
