Melissa Jackmin is a seasoned compensation executive with more than 15 years of experience shaping executive pay, equity administration, and global reward strategies for Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves as Head of Compensation at Vestis, a leading provider of uniform rentals and workplace supplies across the United States and Canada serving more than 300,000 customer locations, where she oversees executive compensation, equity design and administration, and enterprise-wide compensation programs. Melissa partners directly with the Board Compensation Committee and C-Suite leaders to align pay practices with shareholder interests, corporate objectives, and talent strategies.

Before joining Vestis, Melissa served as Head of Compensation & Corporate HR at Mohawk Industries and previously held senior compensation leadership roles at Genuine Parts Company, Cox Enterprises, and McKinsey & Company, where she built deep expertise in compensation governance, career architecture, job design, and global pay frameworks. Her experience spans both strategic program design and operational delivery, with a consistent record of leading large-scale pay programs, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring regulatory compliance in complex global environments.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Melissa is deeply engaged in nonprofit and industry governance. She serves on the Global Equity Organization (GEO) Global Board of Directors and is a Founding Board Member of the GEO Atlanta Chapter, where she also contributes as an Awards Judge and international speaker on equity administration and financial reporting. Melissa is the President of the Board of Directors for Atlanta Angels, a nonprofit supporting youth and families experiencing foster care, where she leads governance, board engagement, and strategic fundraising. She is also a Board Member and Marketing Lead for the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA), advancing thought leadership and professional development for compensation professionals.

Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex executive pay issues, design sustainable global reward processes, and build high-impact organizations that balance shareholder, employee, and community value.
