WELCOME TO THE ITALY CHAPTER LAUNCH!

We are pleased to announce the inauguration of the GEO Italy Chapter. The ambition of the Chapter is to foster the circulation of knowledge, best practices and market trends within the long term incentives ecosystem, with contributions from leading experts and listed/private companies.  We are pleased to offer two session to kick off this brand new chapter!

SESSION ONE: Broad-Based Share Ownership Plans in Italy: Between Participation and Corporate Growth

In this session, the stories of Generali and A2A's broad-based share ownership plans will be shared — covering their origins, the challenges faced along the way, and the key takeaways that any company can draw on when looking to launch such a plan.

SESSION TWO: From Design to Engagement: Winning Strategies for a Broad-Based Share Ownership Plan

This session will be a round table discussion focusing on key aspects of broad-based share ownership plans, including design challenges, communication strategies to maximize participation, and the use of different share instruments — such as free, loyalty, and matching shares — to balance complexity and encourage employee participation.

A cocktail networking hour will follow the conclusion of session two.
